Vacuum Casting
High-Fidelity Replicas for Low Volumes. Ideal for marketing samples, fit-checks, and bridge production (10–50 parts), vacuum casting creates distinct copies of a master pattern using silicone moulds.
Master Patterns: We create the initial master using our high-resolution CNC machining or SLA 3D printing.
Speed: Produce showroom-quality parts in days, not weeks.
Versatility: Simulates a vast range of production materials, including overmoulds (hard plastic + rubber) and optically clear parts.
Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM)
Large Parts, Lightweight Strength. RIM involves mixing two liquid components (Polyol and Isocyanate) injected into a low-pressure mould. It is the premier choice for large, lightweight, and complex structural parts.
Lower Tooling Costs: Uses aluminum or epoxy tooling, significantly cheaper than steel injection moulds.
Design Freedom: Excellent for parts with varying wall thicknesses, encapsulation, and complex curves (e.g., medical device housings, automotive bumpers).
Superior Finish: Parts achieve a Class A surface finish, ready for painting or texturing.
Material Capabilities
We utilize advanced Polyurethane (PU) resins to match specific performance criteria:
ABS-Like: High impact strength and rigidity for functional housings.
PP/PE-Like: Flexible and snap-fit capable materials.
Elastomers/Rubbers: Shore A hardness ranges from soft-touch (30A) to hard rubber (90A).
Structural Foams: For lightweight, rigid cores in RIM applications.
Clear Resins: For lenses and light-pipes requiring high optical clarity.
