Technologies

We offer the three industry-standard additive processes to cover the full spectrum of prototyping needs:

SLA (Stereolithography)

High Detail & Superior Surface Finish. SLA uses a UV laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer. It produces parts with the smoothest surface finish and highest resolution of any 3D printing technology.

Best for: Visual prototypes, master patterns for vacuum casting, snap-fit assemblies, and complex geometries requiring tight tolerances.
Materials: Standard Resin (White/Grey/Clear), High-Temp, and Tough Engineering Resins.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)

Functional Parts with Design Freedom. SLS fuses nylon powder using a high-power laser. Because the unsintered powder supports the part during printing, no support structures are needed, allowing for incredibly complex, interlocking, or hollow designs.

Best for: Functional end-use parts, living hinges, and batch production of small components.
Materials: Nylon PA12, Glass-Filled Nylon (for added stiffness).

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Robust Thermoplastics & Tooling. FDM extrudes durable production-grade thermoplastics. It is the most cost-effective method for larger, robust parts that need to withstand mechanical stress.

Best for: Jigs and fixtures, large-scale prototypes, and functional testing.
Materials: ABS, ASA, PC (Polycarbonate), Ultem 9085 (Aerospace grade).
